Annual White Center Teen Program Events
Peace in the Hood Job Fair
The PNTH Job Fair provides employment and mentorship opportunities to youth ages 16 to 24. Presented in partnership by the YWCA, Worksource, Southwest Youth and Family Services, and Communities of Opportunity, more than 30 employers and 10 resource providers are expected to attend. Resume and employment application assistance will be provided in advance and day of at the WCTP Log Cabin.
Family Night Out
This year’s activities take place on August 1 between 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and feature a Fairy Tale Quest! Join us for magical crafts, carnival games and family friendly fun! Confirmed guests are to be announced.
Halloween Carnival
Saturday, October 28th from 2-5pm, the WCTP welcomes families to Steve Cox Memorial Park for our annual FREE Halloween Carnival. WCTP volunteers gather in person and remotely during October to create the carnival games, giveaways, and park-wide decorations.
